I currently use Zoomeds Powersun bulb which is a self ballasted bulb that outputs both uva and uvb so you only need one bulb. they come in both 100 and 160 watt. i also use a combination of zoomeds reptisun 5.0 for uvb plus zoomed's daylight blue bulb for uva for some other cages. I used an 250 watt HID for about 6 months without any problems. It outputted a lot of blue light. only problem was that it was 250 watts and the ballast weighed 20 lbs. I did notice that the chameleon at more while using the HID. | ||
