I would raise the basking area...platform style like Bexley said.....and personally I would use MVB for UVB....it's stronger and has more potential to aid him....also, a calcium product with d3 3 times a week or one of the T-Rex dragon products daily on the veggies or bugs, even both, and repcal pellets....would be an excellant start. I don't know where you live, but it you can get him out in the sun some that would be awesome as well.



If he's not eating you could put the supplements in baby food, add some repcal pellets, make a thin slurry and syringe feed him.
