If you don't hear from people here, you might try reading through some posts in the Caging Forum and then posting your question there, too. Also, if you use the search function on Kingsnake and put in various cage manufacturers names, you’ll get a boatload of posts back to consider.
Your statement, “But im looking for a enclosure large enough to keep a pair of breeder burms inside without costing more then the snakes.” plus the fact that you said you were “not much of a handy man” might make it difficult to find a cage (unless your snakes are very expensive ones). A decent cage with the equipment necessary to heat it is going to cost a little money. And you really should consider getting two cages to house two adult Burmese pythons.
I’ve used homemade wooden boxes, Vision, Animal Plastics, Boaphile, Neodesha and Habitat Systems products (but not all to house adult Burmese), as well as a couple that aren't even in business anymore. Each solution has pluses and minuses.
