LaCrosse Co. WISCONSIN update

100 in attendance is impressive. I have attended a number of hearings on state animal legislation, such as the Captive Wildlife Bill, and PFL, both of which I would expect to affect many more people, and there were usually only about 10-30 people in attendance to testify
