If she only stopped eating a day or so ago, I don't think you would lose her that quickly. As long as she was doing good before this "crash diet" of hers. Just keep her well hydrated and get her into the Vet tomorrow for a fecal and check up.

Sorry, I can't offer more advice than that, but usually it takes quite a while for a dragon to "starve" and get to the point of death.
