As long as the animals are not App.I ESA protected there will be no problems selling them. If they are ESA then crossing state lines is where a Federal Permit is required. Leaf-Tail Geckos are not protected by CITES now and have no regulation on their sales other than your local laws but not specifically on that species. You can contact your Local Fish & wildlife and they can give you all the information on if there is a license requirement. [ Hide Replies ]
