Well, I induced a brumation in a beardie because I have big wooden cages that I can't really move and I needed to really clean them. Only, I used a laptop case and put a different beardie in each section (two were already going on their own, I just removed them from the cages so I could clean.) I stuck them in a closet. It was colder then the rest of the house, but I don't think it was ever below 60 degrees. You could just as easily induce brumation by putting them in somewhere dark.
I have heard of doing it with snakes though. ----- 4.0.0 Bearded Dragons (Yusuke- Fat Lazy type , Woodrow- Dragon with an attitude, asleep for the winter, Tehko- The baby, little dirt ball, Dexter- just a brat, also asleep for the winter)
