Your hot side temps sound okay to me, I would probably take the cool side to about 70, although that is just what I do, others might have a different opinion. As far as not being active, most of my babies are the same. I never see them, unless I actually check on them. I know that they come out at night though because I can see where they went through the aspen. How does your snake "look"? Is he/she a good weight, nice and round and doesn't look thin or sickly? If everything looks okay, I would probably wait the 10 days and try to feed again. Maybe it is just stress from shipping or being in a new place. I would leave it alone, to acclimate to its new home, just checking water and making sure everything is okay.
Keep us posted and if it happens again, definately let the folks here know. Everyone here is very helpful and will try their best to answer your questions.
