Male rat has "taco neck syndrome"

I don't mean to make light of it but the last couple of days my male rat has his head cocked one way or another all the time. I've had this male a little over a month and never noticed anything wrong. Anyone ever see this? He seems to be a good breeder so far. Is this something to worry about? Should I feed him off?
