Hey Staurotypus salvinii keepers...

I've been keeping one for roughly two years and it's turned out that he's male and he's currently about five inches. But I started thinking, you know, these guys are supposed to get eight to ten inches (if I remember correctly) and that was one of the factors of why I got salvinii and not triporcatus (that and it's fun to say Chiapas). I really began to wonder if I should expect the eight to ten inches with my male or more like six to eight.



So in summation, if there's a Staurotypus keeper out there, I'd appreciate if you shared with me the average adult sizes of your animals?
