Yes...I think there would be a call for them, both as pets and feeders. I love the little guys, they're some of the most entertaining captives you can keep, frankly. I also love green vine snakes.
Other anole lovers may be horrified, but you could sell them frozen, too...same advantages as frozen mice. So long as you are raising your own, there aren't really any ethical concerns involved there...clean, healthy, frozen anoles in various sizes would be a godsend to folks breeding bloodred corns, vine snakes, and other species that tend to require lizards as a first meal, or that simply won't accept anything else.
