Feeding a baby gecko

As i said in my earlier post, i just got my very first gecko. He's quite small but i got some nice small crix. What i'm not sure is how to give him these crix, they sure wont stay in the dish...the enclosure is full of hiding place....Maybe it will be best to feed the gecko in a separate container but how to do this with the minimum stress for the baby ?
