I heard 400. My oven runs hot, and last summer, I had my whole house smelling like a campfire for several days!! Some of the pcs got a little black at the edges. Next time I will go with 350. Never used bleach, but I would have to assume that it would lighten it (it seems to lighten everything else). Go ahead and bake at 350-375 for 20 minutes or so. Keep your eyes and nose peeled. Oh, and let it cool down plenty (duh!). Good luck. Duffy
