CB is obviously better if you can get them but, unfortunately, the vast majority of scrubs available are wild-caught (including many that are claimed to be cb, as anyone who watches the classified section will confirm).
If you can't get genuine CB, then try to get the smallest animal you can. It'll probably be cleaner and will settle better in captivity. A regime of sensitive handling can often calm a highly-strung scrub but you don't want to be trying to tame a big-guy.
