I went to this website and noticed it said, and I quote "Full spectrum lighting is important for your milksnakes well being and its long-term maintenance."



What is this crap? Is it true? I have no lighting on mine and keep them at around 80. Am I wrong or is this statement on that site wrong?



I was always under the impression that full spectrum lighting added stress to the reptile?



Please let me know,
