the best diet sheet i have found is on www.beautifuldragons.com. other than crickets, silkworms are the next best thing to feed you baby dragon and you can order them over the internet. they come in 1-2 days. as for that matter, you can buy your crickets online too. as for all of the other bugs, i don't know...my guess would be no. someone feel free to jump in if they know different. and yes, babies will not eat that MUCH salad but it should always be availble to them at all times during the day so they can eat it whenever they want. i know it may seem like a waste to put salad out there that doesn't look like it's getting eaten, but they eventually will eat it and need it there to get used to the idea of eatting veggies. hope this helps.
