I just checked Veronica's site (beautifuldragons.com) and according to it they have a 14.5ca to 1p ratio. Seems like a good food to me. 2.4%protein, .4út, 3.6%fiber, 91%water. I would still mix it with other greens for variety but I don't see a huge problem with it right off. I've never seen them in the stores up here so I've never fed them.
