I order 2000 crickets per week and place them into a large rubber maid tote. Just make sure that your hands and the box are in the tote when you open it. Shake and remove box but leave egg create in tote. Punch holes in top of tote for air. Place cricket food in tote. Also some toilet paper card board rolls.

When you want crickets take sandwich baggie, add calicum dust than take to tote, place in tote, with you hands in tote take toilet paper cardboard roll and place in baggie , shake, remove roll, hold bag together at top and shake crickets take to beardie enclousure and open up in enclosure. This should lessen crickets all over house a little bit. Remember crickets must be kept in a room that is warm in cold weather but in summer I put them in the garage. Now if only mice and rats did not smell so bad to raise.
