Same thing that you'd do for a large dog....

Same thing you would do if your 100lb dog died at home. Either call animal control to pick up and dispose of the body (there might be a charge), take it to your vet for disposal (there WILL be a fee for cremation or how ever the vet disposes of animals), or see if there's a pet cemetary in your area that offers cremation. This is all assuming that the snake is legal in the area in which it died.
