Where can I find a 3 foot light/fixture???

I already have two 18" UVB lights, and I read on a few care sheets to use a Philips TL950 flouresence tube, or any high quality plant light. I think my cage needs a little more light, so I want to add 1 single 36" flouresence bulb. I cant find a 3' fixture around here, and the TL950 is a color for a bulb, and not a model number. Could anyone suggest a good light and where i can get a reflective fixture, that has a cover so no water can touch the bulb.
