I'll try to a link to the NY delegates, and see in which committee the bill is sitting.



If you think this is rediculous (don't forget the licensing and inspecting aspect of the bill), there's a bill in NY that would require ALL dog owners in NY to have liability insurance, and anyone selling or adopting out a dog would have to make sure that new owners have the insurance. Risk of non-complince - your dog can be confiscated.
