you can get a snapper if you are ready to get bigger tanks as they grow, or put it in a pond when it gets older, musk turtles are good room mates with sliders and painteds, do som investigation noline and find the best musk turtles for you, mud turtles are good also they are also good roomates with sliders, and they bask more than musk turtles do.
