My latested experienc with herpfood.com is not good. I had ordered 2 - 100 count boxes of silkies and only received one. I emailed them several times (never had a problem getting my emails when I was ordering)about the missing box, but they have refused to acknowledge my emails, return them, or attempt to correct their mistake. I will give it one more attempt and then take it to the BOI. Not sure what else I can do. I paid a lot of money for those two boxes (and have ordered from them several times)and I think I am entitled to my second box.
