My milk snake really milks cows...

Sorry about the topic, just needed to catch your attention. I have been considering buying a pair of albino Hondurans to breed for awhile now. Unfortunately, I still don't understand the whole het and double het thing. Can anyone explain it easier? If I have a het albino and breed it to a regular what do I get? What about same scenario just with double het? Thanks
