let him be. If he has a humid hide, and you mist him once or twice a day, he should be fine. Give him something to rub himself on, like a piece of drift wood or a cave rock or something of that nature. Nothing sharp.
The only way you'll need to help is if he has any stuck on his legs, tail, or toes. Those have to come off or they will cause the circulation to stop, resulting in the loss of that body part.
Other than that, he should be fine. Just make sure has a sufficent humid hide.
