Beardie Coughing

Don't know how else to explain it other then coughing/sneezing? She puffs her beard slightly opens her mouth (like when gaping) and let's out a gasp of air that's audible across the room (not loud mind you, but it's audible). Anyways she has coccidia and I had just given her some meds. Is it possible for it to make it into her wind pipe, and she's tryting to cough it up. Can beardies even breath through their mouths? Anyways she's been doing it for about an hour and a half. She'll do it about 5 times over the course of two mins or so and then it stops for about 20 mins. Other then that she's acting pretty normal, even eating the occosianal cricket that walks by her.
