The last time he ate, he struck the mouse, constricted it and then left and stayed at the other end of the feeding tank. I read on here to use "stinky" gerbil bedding and put the feeder mouse in it. I got some of the bedding from a local pet store and kept the mouse in it for about half an hour. When I put it in the tank, I didn't have to dangle it for any time before it was gobbled up. Just be careful leaving live animals in with the snake. If it doesn't eat them, they could harm your snake. Good luck. [ Hide Replies ]
