What part of CO are you in? Im 4 miles east of Longmont...30 miles north of Denver. I emailed the Colorado Divison of Wildlife, they said no HOTS at all...but id risk keeping a few natives...nothing exotic, dont be dumb shouldnt be caught, if you are caught, and they find a couple snakes native to the USA they wont make a very big deal out of it at all
