Green Anacondas

Hello I have a couple of questions about green anacondas. i got a green anaconda yesterday i think she might be female is there eny way to tell besides probing can one tell how old she is buy her size she is 3 feet? She seems pritty nice she is captive breed she trys to bite when i move to fast nere her and some times she will just bite for no reson eny pointers on tameing? Also I tryed to feed her a mouse she bit it and let it go after a while i took the mouse out should i give her a couple days to setel in? i have had other snakes in the past but they never acted like her.
