Yes, give her a week or so to get to know her new cage. I would rather you try a young pre-killed rat just before lights out. leave it there till morning and hopefully its gone. Chicken would be my last resort but some thing is better than nothing. Remember, dont get nervouse if she doesnt eat for a few months, its not uncomon for them to do so. just keep in touch with us and let us know if anything changes.---Eric---
