when the babies hatch out they're usually very tired (figures!) and can remain in the incubator for at least a day (at least, that's how long i left mine in for)...
it's a good idea to keep things moist in the beginning, since babies still have the last vestiges of their yolk sac left, and it can sometimes tear and cause bleeding. i've heard some people say they leave theirs in until the yolk sac is absorbed, even. until my little babies got more active, i had the temperature in the eighties (like the incubator). when they start to eat, you'll for sure need to turn the heat up.
