Need some advice on first hatchlings

Our two little fellas hatched last night, and did not have egg yolks attached - just round little bellies. Now they're in the incubator looking quite perky. Should I take them out and put them in a nursery tank now, or wait longer? What temp should I have the nursery tank at?
