>>Yesterday my dad gave it about six or eight small crickets (we have 1000 in the basement anyhow for my brother's chamelions) and it just chased them and ate every single one. Should I have given more?
In general, you should feed crickets that are not any longer than the width between the beardie's eyes. Adult beardies vary in how many crickets they eat but the younger ones are big eaters. I feed very young ones 20 or more crickets 2-3 times a day. Then later, they get 1 meal of about 30 crickets, and when they are mature, I feed about 10 to 30 crickets a day. They always have veggies and pellets in the tank.
