What is the monitor with the best temperament as adults???

I have kept savannahs and had a baby nile for a while and would like to have another monitor. My savannah bit a few times but would hiss a lot. I am looking for a monitor that would be calm and hand tame as an adult. Does any one have any suggestions on the monitor with the best temperament as an adult???
