Thats an almost impossible question to answer. From my limited experience, all monitors have a their own personality. I've seen a nile that was best observed at a distance, but his brother was like a lap dog and would come running to the sounds of human voices. I had a savannah that would literally climb in your hand while another would hiss and tail whip if you got too close. Guess it's luck of the draw.
