Most of your boas and larger NA snakes and iguanas would be illegal - and your poison dart frogs would be at the mercy of a judge when he tries to decide between the letter of the law or the intent of the law. Remember, legislation spreads.



It still looks like some group is distributing "suggested wording" for local legistlatures to enact, because the list of animals, and phrasing of the proposal, sounds almost exactly like that which is springing up all over the country.
