Sorry, I only have what I could find on the web. If you want to look for e-mail addresses, then contact the village council.
This ordinance is pulled word for word from another village, although I don't know the name of the place. Seems the council wanted an exotic animal ordinance and read through others until they found one they thought was acceptable for thier use.
