Hello,



Through some recents tank changes, animal losses, and new outdoor enviroments, I have found myself with two empty 55 gallon tanks!



This just won't do, so I need to find a cool herp to fill these tanks.



I'm looking for something that's "cool" (in my dictionary that means spiky, ugly, and wierd to most sane people >=) ) and most importantly that is easy to maintain.



If it can handle eating some sort of pellet food rather then live crickets/worms that would be a huge plus. However, I purchase a 1000 crickets every two weeks or so for my other reptiles (3 beareds, 3 firebellied toads, & 1 Emerald Swift), so it's not to big of a deal if they require them.



Whatever is recommened, please keep in mind that it has to able to live it's entire life in a 55 gallon tank, which measures 4ft long, 1ft deep, and 18in high.



Any recommendations that meet the requirments are greatly appreciated!







P.s: I will also be going to the Reptile show in Orlando this July, so if it's possilbe for me to purchase the reptile I choose there, that would be great
