Ok, after some more research, I've come up with some "maybe" animals.
For the first tank, I'm thinking a pair of Long-Tailed Lizards, a pair of Green Anoles, and possbily a pair of Green Treefrogs (the frogs are very iffy, but if they are all compaitble with each other, then that'd be cool, if not then just the lizards).
This sound ok?
For the second tank, I'm thinking a pair of Sand Fish (Scincus scincus). Something about these guys just really grabs me 
However, do you actually see them, or do they go down to the bottom and stay there for days & days only surfacing at that rare time for a split second?
I haven't completly researched all of these animals yet, just got a quick look at a couple caresheets, so if I'm sounding crazy here, feel free to slap me :P
