I put her in the feeding enclosure with a large rat, expecting that she would eat it like usual. This was simply not so. I left right after I put them together to do some other things, and a few hours later I returned to find she had eaten the rat, but the rat had munched on her...alot. A "hole" about one inch long and 1/2 inch wide, 1/4 - 1/2 inch deep was eaten out of her about 1/2 way down her body. Muscle and tissue is exposed. Also two other small munch marks, not as deep, were inflicted. I have access to all medical antibiotics and bandages that any vet does, but have no money to see a vet. I need someone to tell me what I should do. What antibiotics to administer, and how much. Please help. | ||
