Monroe Co, ILL Red Milks

I went scouting in Monroe CO for herp sites mainly, not expecting to find much. The weather was rainy, temps in the upper 50's, low 60's, and overcast. After finding a few DOR's (one beautiful adult red milk, one rough green, one unidentified) I found this small dump site. Despite the rain, I couldn't help myself.
