I've been to plenty of shows and have definitely been overlooked at the tables at times till I pulled out my money and got someone's attention. It's not as bad now as it was in the past, since there are people from all walks of life getting into reptiles. I agree with one of the previous posters who said you really have to know your stuff to overcome the stereotype that women aren't interested/knowledgable when it comes to snakes (especially the big scary ones that eat cute fuzzy things) | ||
