Yeah,I don't handle them at all once they have went into there pre-lay shed.

I am also suprised at the amounts of eggs and size etc.I have been wieghing all the clutches as well.

I remember last year I had a het hypo female that I thought would blow out around ten eggs cause she was so big,She laid three eggs that were over four inches long and looked like bananas.

Big huge babies but I think I would prefer the bigger # vs size since they eat so well anyways,
