Reason for this being is from the early days of all the imports. Captive animals really aren't that bad. Babies of any bred are usually nippy or nervous. In time any of them can become calm. I disagree with what was said above about hissing. Bloods are very vocal. They will hiss almost repeatly not stopping during the length of them being held. There is a difference between an aggressive hiss and a vocal hiss. These snakes really aren't fast especially when moving. Their strike is pretty quick though. | ||
