Swollen Butt on 2 year old

Enclosed is a picture, kind of yucky, but only way to explain.

My 2 year old Box Turtle I noticed has a Swollen Butt. Some Fecal matter gets stuck in there, which I try to clean out every day, and I wonder if thats what caused it. Anyone ever see anything like this? What should I do? Its not effecting him in any way. He eats, he bathes, he stares.
