could work, if your room temp stays at a constant temp with little to no fluctuations. Also...a heat light will dry it up real quick,...I dont know if Albey uses anything for humidity though. Thats one factor... how will you keep the humidity up without drying out the eggs? I guess I have to take a trip to Albey's site real quick to find out..hmm.
Btw..I purchased my hovobator at a local feed shop, its a Little Giants..and it cost $35.
