axanthic plains? and if so...what would a homo axanthic/ albino produce?

ive seen pics of axanthic mexican hogs, but dont know if there are any axanthic plains. if so is anyone working on a "sunglow" hognose or anything out there?

also are the "blonde" mexicans, an axanthic snake? thanks in advance for a response. im just wondering out loud here
