I have always been interested in blood and short-tail pythons, because of their unique colors, patterns, and because of how "plump" they get. Since it will be the summer soon (more chances for me to Earn the $$$$) i am researching herps that i would like to own. Are their any good blood/short-tail python articles/care sheets out there besides NERD's and pro exotics? also, are blood pythons good beginner/intermediate snakes? i have owned a ball python, several WC garters, WC cornsnakes, and WC ratsnakes? (not sure what they actually were). I am getting another BP shortly (when the cage is done), due to my first one escaping. I can set up the proper humidity and temps easily (rubbermaids own), but i have heard about bloods being aggressive, horrible feeders (does heating the prey item up work good?), and just not hardy (slight temp/humidity changes affect them a lot?). Would you recomend a blood or short-tailed python for me? if not why? also, if so are there any places to get quality bloods besides pro-exotics and NERD?

thanks in advance
