Hi guys,



I've been a fan of salamanders for a long time! I've been reading this board for about a week now. I love everyones' insights and knowledge!



I currently own 1 large (8 - 9 inches) tiger salamander. I used to own 2 gorgeous marbled salamanders, I traded them for a quartet of paroeduras picta geckos, and am looking to purchase axolotls next.



LOL! As a matter of fact my tiger is a "former" axolotl, danged pet stores! I've been through three other "axolotls", each turned out to be a tiger. :::: sigh :::: ah well, they are happy with a friend who adores them.



I'm incredibly fascinated by hellbenders and on my next trip to Japan I will DEFINITELY make my relatives take to see some, in a zoo or wild if possible! I really wish it were possible to find these guys in the pet trade as well, although, yes I do know better! I've been to the website.



At any rate, I just wanted to say "HI" so that I wouldn't remain a faceless lurker!
