Watt for Watt they produce less heat and light than the regular ZooMed basking lights. I had a 50w ZooMed that produced more heat and light than a 75w exo-terra. Never used the ZooMed halogen's so i'm not sure. Your best off getting GE halogens from Home Depot which are cheaper and do the same thing.
